At CCA Thai Massage School, we offer a wide range of courses
from foundational Thai massage techniques to advanced and specialized programs.

Each course is designed to help you grow your skills step by step,
blend traditional wisdom with practical techniques,
and support your learning with both text materials and video review resources.
Classes are available by individual consultation to fit your schedule,
and our experienced instructors teach in small groups or private sessions.

THAI MASSAGE LEVEL 1

Foundation of CCA Chiang Mai–Style Thai Massage

Learn the complete foundation of CCA Thai massage in three essential positions.

This course teaches the fundamental structure of CCA Chiang Mai–style Thai massage using supine, prone, and seated positions.
Students learn a balanced sequence that allows them to perform a complete session of approximately 1–2 hours, with strong emphasis on safe body mechanics.

THAI MASSAGE LEVEL 2

Expanding Flow and Variations

Add new positions and techniques to expand session length and flexibility.

Level 2 builds on Level 1 by introducing side-lying techniques, overhead approaches, abdominal massage, and Thai-style facial massage.
When combined with Level 1, students can create sessions lasting approximately 2–4 hours.

THAI MASSAGE LEVEL 3

Applied Techniques — Thumb-Free Approach

Learn therapist-friendly techniques that reduce physical strain.

This level focuses on thumb-free techniques using elbows, knees, and the soles of the feet.
These methods help therapists work more efficiently while maintaining effectiveness in real practice.

THAI MASSAGE LEVEL 4

Advanced Application & Super Stretch

Learn CCA’s signature dynamic stretching methods.

Level 4 further develops the thumb-free approach and introduces “Super Stretch,” a defining feature of the CCA Chiang Mai style.
The focus is on safe leverage, stable fulcrums, and visually dynamic stretches.

THAI MASSAGE LEVEL 5

Symptom Relief & Therapeutic Perspective

Integrate symptom-oriented thinking into Thai massage practice.

This level introduces approaches influenced by traditional Thai medicine.
Instead of pressing points immediately, students learn to work thoroughly around the area using previous levels’ techniques, then finish with targeted work.

Integration of Levels 1–4

JAPSEN

Advanced Therapeutic Line Work

Deep, practical line-based techniques used by experienced Thai therapists.

“Jap” means to grasp, and “Sen” refers to energy lines.
This course introduces advanced methods rooted in Lanna (old Chiang Mai) traditions and is often considered an advanced extension of the CCA curriculum.

HERBAL BALL THERAPY

Thai Herbal Compress

Learn Thai herbal compress techniques for warmth, herbal effect, and aroma.

This course teaches the use of steamed herbal balls based on traditional Thai medicine.
CCA recommends combining Thai massage, herbal ball therapy, and Tok Sen as a “3D massage scenario.”

Duration: 1 day (8 hours)
Instructor eligibility: After 6 hours of study


TOK SEN

Traditional Lanna Vibration Technique

Northern Thai vibration therapy using wooden tools.

Tok Sen uses a wooden hammer and wedge to create rhythmic vibration along energy lines.
CCA teaches this method primarily as a relaxation-based approach.

Duration: 1 day (8 hours)
Instructor eligibility: After 6 hours of study

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Thai-Style Foot Therapy

Foot massage techniques stimulating reflex zones linked to internal organs.

Thai foot reflexology blends traditional Thai massage with Taiwanese Ruo Shi influences and is a popular, widely applicable skill.

Instructor eligibility: After 8 hours of study


RUESI DATTON

Traditional Thai Self-Care (Thai Yoga)

Learn the traditional 108-pose Thai self-care system.

Ruesi Datton was developed by forest ascetics to improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility after meditation.

Duration: 1 day (8 hours)
Instructor eligibility: After 8 hours of study


HOME THAI MASSAGE

Thai Massage for Home & Daily Life

Thai massage adapted for family care and everyday use.

This course focuses on safe, enjoyable techniques for non-professional settings such as home care, volunteering, and daily-life support.

HOME THAI STRETCH

Gentle Stretching for Daily Practice

Easy, safe stretching methods extracted from CCA Levels 1–4.

Designed for personal maintenance and daily use without professional specialization.

HOME THAI OIL

Gentle Oil-Based Home Care

Oil massage techniques adapted for safe and relaxing home use.

Ideal for people who prefer gentle, non-acupressure approaches.

Duration: 1 day (8 hours)
